Assembly signs John Turner

We’re delighted to welcome John Turner to the Assembly roster. John is an award winning director who works across multiple genres to bring human stories to life. His work hits straight to the heart, whatever his subject matter, driven by a genuine love of seeing the world through a lens. John has a gift for drawing the viewer in, whilst gently extracting authentic and human performances that resonate.
His work has won ‘Best in Show’ at PM Society, Promax Gold for “Best Newcomer”, Promax Silver (World), and Gold (Europe), in the “Best Director” categories, a Clio, Silver at The One Show and Gold and Silver at Cannes Lions 2021.
