We love this piece Sammy Khalid did for the Irish Examiner farming pull out. The brief was from Chemistry advertising agency and it’s aim was to address “What’s keeping Farmers awake at night?” Sammy illustrated the sheep queuing up and jumping over the headboard of a bed in a field, reflecting the endless list of worries that keep Irish farmers awake at night.
Kitty Moss has been doing some beautiful illustrations for Kildare Village recently. If you have visited the village you will see her gorgeous folklore drawings on the hoarding and in the windows or you may have seen her Kildare Village map illustrations on the village bus over the summer. Origin Green is the world’s first national food sustainability programme created by Bord Bia. We had the pleasure of producing this commercial with Great Guns for Bord Bia – Irish Food Board and Rothco. Beautifully directed by Olivier Staub, it shows Ireland in all its glory.
No-one likes being told what to do. Sometimes, we have to listen: speeding is a factor in half of motorcyclist deaths in Ireland. We produced this commercial with Knucklehead for the Road Safety Authority and the lovely team at Irish International.
We were absolutely delighted to be announced as the 2017 winner of the Tiernan McBride Award for Best Short Drama at the Galway Film Fleadh. Wave now qualifies on to the Oscar long list which is extremely exciting! Our fantastic DoP Burschi Wojner also received the award for Best Cinematographer for his work on Wave. We couldn’t be happier to receive these awards, thank you to the judges and the Galway Film Fleadh!
